To manage the new centre and maintain it for the young people & wider local community, our existing team of volunteers need some help to share the workload.
We have experience from when we ran the old centre and know that every bit of help, however small, makes a vast difference.

kept an eye on the kitchen & organised regular cleans
showing potential “one off” hirers around for Bookings manager
helped bookkeeper with invoicing regular users
helped the Facilities Manager with odd jobs
helped with quarterly building risk assessment / maintenance list
dealt with utility contracts
available to show / give access to workers & complete meter readings
ran a quiz night to raise funds
organised an entertainment night to raise funds
put the waste bins out for collection
